- 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
- 1–2 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (extra for foam)
- to taste Cocoa Powder
- to taste Chocolate Shavings
Instructions
- Mix the Cold Brew Layer: In a tall glass, combine about 1 cup of cold brew coffee with 1-2 ounces of coffee liqueur if desired, and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir well until fully blended. Set aside.
- Prepare the Tiramisu Foam: In a separate bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, and an extra ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip until it thickens to a soft, smooth consistency.
- Assemble the Drink: Gently spoon or pour the tiramisu foam over the cold brew coffee layer, allowing it to rest on the surface for distinct layers.
- Finish and Serve: Dust the top of the foam with cocoa powder and sprinkle chocolate shavings before serving immediately.
Notes
- For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
