- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and toss them into the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
