- 1 cup Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup Canned Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Add the spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add more red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
