This rich and creamy peppermint white chocolate fudge is perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies
- about 4–6 drops red food coloring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in peppermint extract and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Drop a few drops of red food coloring on the surface and swirl with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies evenly on top and press gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- This fudge can be customized by adding other mix-ins or flavor extracts.
- Be careful not to overheat the chocolate in the microwave.
