- 2 cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add chopped artichokes, minced garlic, green onions, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Season with salt and black pepper and mix until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
