Description

A creamy and delicious artichoke dip, perfect for serving with crackers, bread, or vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add chopped artichokes, minced garlic, green onions, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Season with salt and black pepper and mix until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  7. Let the dip cool slightly before serving with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
