Description

A refreshing salad featuring ripe mangoes and crunchy cucumbers, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cucumber (peeled and seeded)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions
