Description
A delicious gluten-free pizza crust made with cottage cheese and almond flour.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Drain the cottage cheese using cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve for 10–15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Blend the drained cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings. Stir into a dough.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the dough into a thin, even crust shape using a spatula.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Add toppings of choice and return to oven for another 5–10 minutes until bubbly and melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
