Description

A delicious gluten-free pizza crust made with cottage cheese and almond flour.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the cottage cheese using cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve for 10–15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Blend the drained cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings. Stir into a dough.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the dough into a thin, even crust shape using a spatula.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  7. Add toppings of choice and return to oven for another 5–10 minutes until bubbly and melted.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
