- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs.
- In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken, then add garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
- Arrange the thighs in the baking dish without overcrowding them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let them rest for five minutes before serving and drizzle with lemon juice.
