Description
A warm and comforting chai tea made with aromatic spices and creamy frothed milk.
Ingredients

- 2 chai tea bags
- 1 cup (240ml) water
- 1 cup (240ml) milk of choice
- 2 tbsp (30ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Add the 2 chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger until well combined.
- In a separate small pan or milk frother, heat and froth 1 cup of your milk of choice until light and airy.
- Pour the spiced tea base into a mug and top with the warm, frothed milk.
- Sprinkle with a little extra ground cinnamon for garnish and serve immediately.
