Description

A delicious and easy-to-make cheddar spinach quiche perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter option)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust into a heart shape and place it in a quiche dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared crust evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with milk.
