Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Line your muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.

  7. Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
