Description

Delicious BBQ chicken wraps loaded with cheese and veggies, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (smoky preferred)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce and tomatoes (mixed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Add minced garlic; stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove chicken from heat and fill with BBQ chicken, cheese, and veggies. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
  3. In the skillet, add more olive oil over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down; cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce before cooking.
  • Serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
