Description

A delicious creamy chicken ramen dish made with tender chicken, flavorful sun-dried tomatoes, and rich Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat and cook until sauce slightly thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add noodles to the skillet with the sauce, tossing gently to combine.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the creamy sauce. Simmer together for 2-3 minutes so flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • This dish is best served immediately for optimal creaminess and flavor.
  • You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
