Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients; thaw frozen shrimp under cool running water if necessary.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbling. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
