Description
Delicious tortilla rolls filled with cream cheese and fresh fruits, perfect for a refreshing snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large tortillas made from wheat flour
- 226 grams softened cream cheese
- 30 grams powdered sugar
- 5 millilitres vanilla extract
- 150 grams mix of fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and diced kiwi
Instructions
- Take a medium bowl. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until it’s smooth and creamy. Make sure you mix it well.
- On a clean surface, lay the flour tortillas flat. Spread the cream cheese mix generously on each, but leave about 1 centimetres around the edges free.
- Evenly distribute the diced fresh fruits over the cream cheese mix. This way, every bite has a nice balanced flavor.
- Tightly roll each tortilla from one end to the other. Tuck the sides inward while rolling to keep the filling inside.
- Then, grab a sharp knife and slice each roll into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a platter for serving.
Notes
- These rolls can be kept in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
- Experiment with different fruits for varied flavors.
