Description

Delicious cheesy beef pretzel bites perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef with chopped onion, then drain excess fat.
  3. Roll out pretzel dough and cut into small squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, sealing the edges to form a ball.
  6. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
