- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef with chopped onion, then drain excess fat.
- Roll out pretzel dough and cut into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough around the filling, sealing the edges to form a ball.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a spicier flavor, consider adding some hot sauce to the beef mixture.
