Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coffee (Brewed your favorite method)
  • Ice Ice Cubes (Essential for chilling the drink)
  • 1 cup Milk (Low or full-fat for richness)
  • 23 pods Cardamom Pods (Crushed to release flavor)
  • 12 teaspoons Rosewater (Culinary-grade for best results)

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 cups of your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk with 2-3 crushed cardamom pods over low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of rosewater into the warm milk and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain the milk through a fine mesh sieve to remove cardamom pods.
  5. Cool the strained milk to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  6. In a glass filled halfway with ice, pour in the chilled coffee and top with the cold cardamom-infused milk.
