Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add the chopped bok choy.
- Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Transfer the bok choy to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
