Description

A delicious dessert made with peanut butter, bananas, and a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until creamy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream and mashed bananas until fully combined.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and add whipped cream.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
