  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in oats, white chocolate chips, and dried cranberries.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
