- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup strawberry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: combine flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
- Cream the butter and sugars together in a separate bowl until fluffy and pale, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips (if using).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start turning golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking can improve the texture.
