Description

A refreshing cocktail combining cognac and pomegranate juice, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz cognac
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Sugar, for rimming (optional)
  • Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim a chilled coupe glass with sugar if desired.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cognac, pomegranate juice, orange liqueur, and lemon juice.
  3. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water and garnish with pomegranate seeds and an orange twist.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
