Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup finely chopped jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 package pectin
  • 4 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your jars and lids for canning.
  2. Combine crushed pineapple and jalapeños in a large saucepan.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Add sugar all at once and return to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and pour into jars.
  7. Seal lids and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely before storing.
