Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons allulose (* See notes)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add your coconut milk, cream, and allulose.
  2. Over medium heat, bring it to a gentle simmer and let it bubble gently.
  3. Once the allulose has dissolved, remove it from the heat.
  4. Place a lid on top of the saucepan and let it reach room temperature.
  5. Once it has cooled, whisk it well to ensure there has been no separation.
  6. Transfer to a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
