- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a medium pan over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeños, and lettuce.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

- Feel free to adjust toppings to your taste.
