Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the pastries are cool, cut them in half and fill them with the whipped cream.

- Ensure pastries are completely cooled before filling to prevent the whipped cream from melting.
