Description

This delicious chocolate pudding cake is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a medium bowl and pour it into an ungreased 9×13 baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish without mixing.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm and the center is slightly wobbly.
