This delicious chocolate pudding cake is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl and pour it into an ungreased 9×13 baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish without mixing.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm and the center is slightly wobbly.
