Description

A delicious and cheesy rotini pasta dish with ground beef, perfect for a family meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion in oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and Italian seasoning until melted and creamy. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture in a large bowl. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
