- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion in oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Mix in cream cheese and Italian seasoning until melted and creamy. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
- Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture in a large bowl. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
