Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with avocado and Greek yogurt, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • pinch kosher salt (to taste)
  • pinch black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix to combine.
  4. Hint: Remember you can always add salt but can’t take it away! Start with just a small pinch and add more to taste.
